Options Counseling
Need help finding the right services? Our ADRC Navigators provide insight on programs, resources, and long-term support options to help individuals age at home or transition to higher levels of care. We offer options counseling:

- Through home visits

Respite Program
Caregivers need breaks too! This program provides temporary relief if either the caregiver is 60 and older or the person receiving care is 60 and older. Support options include:
- Day programs for their loved ones
- Care at home dictated by caregiver's and care receiver's needs
- Short stays at assisted living facilities
Material Aid
We offer funding for services and items not covered by insurance that help disabled and/or older adults maintain their independence. This could include, but are not limited to:
- Home Modifications and Health Equipment: assistance with purchasing ramps, grab bars, raised toilet seats, shower chairs, walkers, lift chairs, and more to improve safety and accessibility.
- Temporary Homemaking Services: support with household chores while recovering from surgery, a fall, or illness
- Dental Assistance: limited help covering the cost of dental work including dentures, extractions, and partials
- Hearing Aid Assistance: financial support for application fees for hearing aid programs like Starkey and Help America Hear

Home Connections
This home-based program helps older adults (60+) stay safe and independent at home. Services include:
- Homemaking: vacuuming, mopping, dishwashing, and bathroom/kitchen cleaning
- Personal Emergency Response: a wearable device for 24/7 emergency assistance
- Case Management: help with accessing resources, completing paperwork, home visits, and transitioning to higher levels of care (such as long-term care Medicaid)

Supporting Our Seniors (SOS)
SOS offers compassionate, door-to-door rides for older adults who need help getting to medical appointments and other essential errands. Our team is here to make sure you can get where you need to go—safely, reliably, and with a friendly face.
We also provide personalized outreach and check-ins to help you stay independent, connected, and cared for.
