Through these partnerships, 211 provides more than just a list of agencies. Our database includes detailed, verified information such as:

  • Eligibility requirements
  • Intake procedures
  • Areas served (county, city, region)
  • Languages spoken
  • Fees (if any)
  • Hours of operation
  • And much more

We take pride in maintaining a dynamic and accurate database, so clients and service providers alike can avoid the frustration of outdated or incorrect referrals. Our dedicated Resource Department works year-round to ensure every listing is current, consistent, and complete.

New Agencies

If your organization’s information is not within the 211 database and you would like to be included, please fill out the following forms below detailing your agency and the services it provides.

In our efforts to ensure that the needs of the community are met, Colorado 211 has developed criteria for the inclusion or exclusion of agencies, organizations and programs in the 211 database. These criteria are uniformly applied and published so that staff and the public are aware of the scope and limitations of the 211 database.

If you are a new organization not listed within the 211 database and would like to submit your information to us, please call us by dialing 2-1-1 or email us at wc211@wc211.org

If your organization’s information is already listed in the 211 database and you have updates on changes to agency or service operations that you would like to submit, please fill out the form below. Once the form is finished you can email it to us at wc211@wc211.org or print out and mail to us at 1129 Colorado Ave, Grand Junction, CO 81501.
