The Colorado 211 Collaborative
In 1999, community leaders wanting to bring 211 to the State of Colorado began working together to develop an integrated system of independent information and referral call centers.
In October of 2002, the Public Utilities Commission approved the plan and in April of 2003, the 211 dial code was officially active in Colorado.
211 Colorado is a collaborative of eight organizations, hosting six call centers across the state.
We work in tandem to provide border to border coverage in Colorado. Each call center serves a region of the state. For more information, click here.
Our new 211Colorado mobile app accesses the same database of referrals and resources that our 211 agents use. You can download this free app on iTunes for your iPhone or Google Play for you Android mobile phone.
